Dillon: Do you have any faith, sister?

Ripley: Not much.

Dillon: Well, we’ve got a lot of faith here. Enough even for you.

Ripley: I thought women weren’t allowed.

Dillon: Well, we’ve never had any before. But we tolerate anybody. Even the intolerable.

This weird addition to the Alien franchise keeps us watching for more and more. Ripley is once again thrown into a situation where things just can’t go her way. Prison world, Alien invades, and for a twist Ripley has an Alien inside her.

So here is the plot…Ellen Ripley (Sigourney Weaver) is the only survivor when she crash lands on Fiorina 161, a bleak wasteland inhabited by former inmates of the planet’s maximum security prison. Once again, Ripley must face skepticism and the alien as it hunts down the prisoners and guards. Without weapons or modern technology of any kind, Ripley leads the men into battle against the terrifying creature.

The film was directed by David Fincher and the score was composed by Elliot Goldenthal. He provides us an eerie score with low noises that add to the tension of the movie and the struggle the characters have.

New chapters in the Alien series and gives us a more in depth character for our hero.
