I was going to do one show for this whole thing. It didn’t happen. National Science fiction day is too strong to only have one show. So this part will be some of the movies and films I saw in 2023. Now just remember it is not a list of Brand New films only. This is a comprehensive list of films that I saw at the Alamo Drafthouse Cinema this past year. I will grow it to be more this year. So for the films in this part, we have It Came from Outer Space from 1953; Last Action Hero from 1993; Ant-Man: Quantumania from 2023; The Matrix from 1999; The Keep from 1983; 65 from 2023; The Super Mario Bros Movie from 2023; and to end this show Dark City from 1998. So enjoy these films and the scores that hold them together for this part 1 show of my annual show.
