This film was beyond its time. The era of this movie was in the same line as The Never-Ending Story, Legend, and some other fantasy films of the mid-eighties. Return to Oz is scary, brilliant, wondrous, and nightmarish. I urge you all to see it on Disney +. It truly is amazing. You’ll hear me discuss the cast, background, and the amazing eerie score for the film.
