What do you look for in an animated film? Music? High quality animation? Yes! These both qualify for the films that I’ll discuss today. Discussing The Great Mouse Detective and Oliver and Company are two of the greatest underrated films of the late 80’s and ushering into a new era of animation and style. Disney was actually about to throw everyone off and break the barrier of new animation and style. These were the fore Runners.
