The Terminator

I’ll be back! Those famous words issued by none other than Arnold Schwartenegger. This movie was directed by James Cameron and brought a distopian robotic future to life. Its a film about a man hoping to save the future.

Here is the real plot…Disguised as a human, a cyborg assassin known as a Terminator (Arnold Schwarzenegger) travels from 2029 to 1984 to kill Sarah Connor (Linda Hamilton). Sent to protect Sarah is Kyle Reese (Michael Biehn), who divulges the coming of Skynet, an artificial intelligence system that will spark a nuclear holocaust. Sarah is targeted because Skynet knows that her unborn son will lead the fight against them. With the virtually unstoppable Terminator in hot pursuit, she and Kyle attempt to escape.

The soundtrack is composed by Brad Fiedel, a name not really heard much in soundtracks, but still iconic for this film. The movements are fast paced and quick. When the Terminator comes on the scene, you know it even just by the music.
